Guests of the spa can enjoy complimentary valet service. Doors open 30 minutes before.
Booking your appointment is convenient – you can do it online or by calling 210-598-2991.
For a seamless and relaxing experience, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early. This gives you time to complete the guest intake form, change into a cozy robe and slippers, and start your relaxation journey.
Please refrain from bringing any valuables as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.
To enjoy Éilan Spa services, guests must be at least 15 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian for spa treatments or locker room access. However, children as young as 5 are welcome for Salon Services.
To maintain the serene atmosphere of the spa, we kindly request that you turn off your phones and avoid making calls while inside the spa.
Kindly be aware that failing to give a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling may lead to a fee equal to 100% of the service price.
If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that your service time might be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.
Please note, a 22% Service Charge is automatically included in the final bill for all services, treatments, and add-ons.
