Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, sticking to your fitness routine while away from home can be challenging. That’s why we’ve equipped Forza, our 12,000 square foot fitness center with everything you need to stay motivated. Try these tips for maximizing your workout while on the road.

Mix it Up: A trip is the perfect time to add some excitement to your workout. At Forza, we offer state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, as well as daily fitness classes for our guests including slow yoga, vinyasa yoga, strength training, and cardio training. Get Competitive: One of the best ways to stay fit is to play a sport. With two full-size tennis courts, we have the perfect place to get your workout in, while also having fun.

Make it Personal: A personal trainer can help create individualized workouts that will help you reach your fitness goals. Thirty, sixty and ninety minutes sessions can be booked with one of our experienced exercise professionals through the fitness center or at the spa desk.

Go for a Swim: Swimming is a total body workout. It builds endurance and muscle strength, while taking impact stress off of your body. Our indoor junior Olympic-size lap pool is the perfect place to have a morning swim or cool off after an intense workout session.

Find a Buddy: An exercise partner can hold you accountable to your goals and will make your workout more fun. Traveling with family, friends or coworkers. Invite them to join you for a gym session and your workout time will fly by.
